Big Surprise from them, We were very in touch before our flights and requested an early check-in. They sent a message and said it was subject to availability. We even told them the time that we would reach, which was within 6 hours that we gonna arrive, yet they were unable to give us a proper response. Knowing the time that we would reach, they could have said no rooms would be available or there was no lobby for waiting, etc. To our big surprise, when we reached there around 2 am, the doors were closed and locked! There was one security guy outside, so we asked if he could maybe open the door as we had to check in, he first called the reception desk, while we were still waiting on the roads, with creepy people around. And we were 2 lonely girls. So, the security gave us the phone to speak to the reception guy, and he said that no room was available. We said, to at least let us get into the lobby until it's morning as it's unsafe to be on the road at 2 am, especially 2 girls with our luggage. The guy said that it was not his problem and hung up the phone. It was an extremely stressful moment for us at that time as we didn't know what to do. Luckily there was a rickshaw outside and he proposed to show us some nearby hotels to spend the night. We had no choice but to take that risk. Just imagine if the Richshaw was not someone of good intention or even if we stayed on the road till morning and people would harm us? So it's a big NO for us. Not recommending it to people. The bed was hard like wood If you are going to check in after 11 pm, be careful as you might find yourself sleeping on the road. They are this kind of unprofessional!.

We stayed here since we had a flight to take and needed a room to rest for around 10 hours. The rooms are small but they cleaned it well for us with fresh sheets. Bathroom size was too small to take a shower. I think for the price we paid, we got what we wanted. The neighborhood is filled with small restaurants and eateries. Staff and owner were helpful.

Ironically, this was my children's first experience of India (aged 10 and 8 year's old). The first experience was not a pleasant one in this hotel... we arrived from Mumbai Airport in the early hours (around 5am) as our flight and was delayed coupled with humongous delays at the airport immigration. We were only intending to stay one night as we were transiting to another city that evening. On check-in at 6am we were told that we needed to vacate our room before 11am. We tried to explain and asked for a little concession seeing as we had arrived so late and not even made use of our room. The manager evaded the question, we were too tired to argue. Got to the room, it was filthy, the most dirtiest room I ever had the misfortune to stay at... there was inground grime on everything, finger prints, dust and mosquitos. The hotel staff who were sleeping on the floor of the reception, followed us to the room expecting a tip for doing absolutely nothing. The bed linen was disgusting, and I had the misfortune to see the pillow under the pillow case... it was foul, fresh blood stains on the duvet. Words fail me... when you've travelled are exhausted and find that you and your family have ended-up in such a tenuous scenario, with such a bad attitude from the hotel, then it really isn't the best start for your holiday/travels. I asked the guy for water and he brought a bottle and wanted immediate payment. Slept for a few hours, awoke and went to see the the day staff at the hotel, he again re-iterated that we need to vacate at 11am. Went to the station opposite and booked our onwards travel, this was at 8pm that evening, tried to negotiate a late check-out but it was futile the hotel expected another days payment, I tried to explain to the manager, but they were adamant, sarcastically he retorted, if i did not want to pay an extra night my family and i could wait at the station till 8pm??? I paid another nights stay and departed at 7pm that evening. Hmm, unfortunately money talks, they are not interested in your experience, or their reputation, or anything else for that matter... you're an expat and you'll be fleeced in every and anyway; paid for 2 night's stay for around 10 hours residency. In my 30+years of travel, probably the most horrendous hotel I have ever had the misfortune to experience, far more to do with the attitude of the management than anything else! Needless to say, visit at your own peril!

it is the one of the bestest restaurant in bhayander.amazing service.this place is quite good for hukka lovers and parties .they have various types of seating arrangments.i hav been here lot of tym wid my frnds.

Hotel is average , Owner is Mad , rest everything is average including budget , location is very nice , recommended , we got the room in 2200/- so I could not expect anything better in Mumbai @ 2200/-
